You will feel right at home in the lovingly furnished holiday apartment. It has a beautiful conservatory with patio access!

A lawn for sunbathing with a parasol and loungers is available. A stone grill is available for use in the garden. In the rustically developed bedroom there is a beautiful fireplace. In the living room there is a tv with dvd and Dolby surround system. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cozy corner seat. The bathroom is like a wellness oasis.

The apartment is heated with wood. The wood is provided to you free of charge. In the hallway and in the bathroom there are radiators which are electrically operated. These radiators can be controlled by the guest using a radio thermostat.

Barrel sauna in the garden for 4 (max. 6 people), with an integrated anteroom, exclusively for tenants of the Wörnerblick and Vierspitzblick holiday apartments (in the same building).

In the Haus Erli there is a Finnish sauna with shower, a tea kitchen, basket swing and an infrared cabin in the wellness area. A 2-person whirlpool tub is also available. In the fitness room there are various devices for exercising. You can watch your favorite program on the flat-screen tv with internet access while you train. A toilet is located in the fitness room. wlan is available to you free of charge in the entire wellness area. A relaxation room with a bed and seating area invites you to relax.

The wellness area is located in Haus Erli and can be used for a small fee.

Here the Alps unpack everything that characterizes them: clear lakes, rugged mountains of the Karwendel, in between alpine pastures, mountain meadows and the wild river Isar. Hiking, cycling or cross-country skiing in winter - with a stop for refreshments, of course!
The customs of the Alpenwelt Karwendel are also strong, with original costumes and passionate music. Exactly this combination of alpine nature and culture is a real holiday in Bavaria.
Nestled between Wetterstein, Kranzberg and Karwendel lies the picturesque violin making and climatic health resort of Mittenwald in Upper Bavaria.
