The space is located in the east area of Metro Manila. It is ideal for gays and lesbians on business or leisure. The condominium sits on top of Il Centro Mall which has an indoor bridgeway connecting to Sta Lucia East Grandmall. Further walking distance away is Robinsons' Metroeast. These malls house essential commercial establishments such as 24-hr convenience stores, drugstores, banks, money exchangers, department stores, restaurants, cinemas, specialty shops, barbershops, salons, wellness clinics, gyms and a bowling alley.

A famous bar nearby is Industrya. Elegantly styled with an industrial vibe, its structure was formerly a snake and frog skin tannery. The materials were used to manufacture ladies sandals and shoes for export in the US and Europe in the 70s. Today, Industriya is cozy, chic and fun hangout.
